When updated to certain build numbers of Android 15, there is an issue where pairing with the upper arm blood pressure monitor (CHUH904C), thermometer (CTEB723CA / 722C), and body composition monitor (HMS721C) cannot be performed using HealthScan.
Please be cautious regarding updates to the Android OS. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers.
※ Examples of build numbers that had issues confirmed as of 2025/3/17 are listed below.
- Google Pixel: BP1A.250305.019 / BP1A.250305.020 (Build numbers prior to these can be used without issue.)
※ There are no issues using the app on iPhone (App Store).
We are currently working on addressing this issue. We will provide further updates as soon as the issue is resolved.
