Screen Reloading Method When the Screen Turns White

While using this product, there may be instances where the screens of the monitor connected to the STB or the ticket number management terminal turn white due to communication issues with the server. Executing the screen reloading method below may resolve the issue.

Screen Reloading Method for Ticket Number Management Terminal

1. Slide down around the center of the screen.
2. The screen will reload.

Screen Reloading Method for STB + Monitor

1. Point the remote control towards the side of the STB displaying the clock and press the menu button.
2. Use the directional buttons (▲ button) to select the reload icon displayed on the screen and press the OK button. ⇒ The screen will reload.
