What is the "Healthy Living Platform"?
In recent years, as interest in healthy life expectancy has grown, the needs of consumers regarding healthcare have diversified. However, personal medical data and health data are fragmented, making it difficult to utilize them effectively; thus, current solutions do not adequately respond to individual needs.
The "Healthy Living Platform" is a Fujitsu platform that converts and standardizes clinical data accumulated in electronic medical record systems of healthcare institutions into the next-generation medical information standard HL7 FHIR, allowing for centralized management. Furthermore, health data such as vital statistics (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, etc.), step counts, and calories burned, held by patients, can be securely stored and managed with the patient’s consent.
By utilizing the "Healthy Living Platform," the following services are provided:
- Portable Medical Record: Patients can view their own clinical data through their smartphones.
- Patient Viewer: Physicians can integrate and view patients' clinical data and health data centrally on electronic medical record terminals.
