In the case of new graduate recruitment, after a two-week orientation training for new employees, participants will take purpose-specific training courses organized by the CITIZEN Group and various departments as needed. Although there are face-to-face training sessions, many of them are conducted via e-learning. Moreover, after progressing to a higher level, there will be training sessions by rank. There are also support systems for obtaining business licenses, skills certifications, and internal assessments, as well as subsidies for correspondence education expenses, so please make the most of these opportunities. For career recruits, similar to new graduate hires, there are various training sessions and support for obtaining qualifications (excluding the new employee orientation immediately after joining). Career entrants can also feel at ease.
