For new graduates, there is an environment where one can learn the work steadily and without haste through on-the-job training (OJT) led by senior employees at the assigned department. We have a well-established training and consulting system, allowing you to learn your duties with peace of mind. Additionally, we offer a mentor system. A senior employee who is close in age or corporate history (from a different department) will be assigned as a mentor, meeting regularly for three years to provide support and guidance. This means you can discuss issues that might be difficult to bring up within your own department and resolve your questions as you progress, so please rest assured.
