The Citizen Group, based on the corporate philosophy of "being loved by citizens and contributing to citizens," will engage in health management aimed at achieving sustainable growth for the company and the well-being of employees who work throughout the group.
Citizen Systems believes it is important for each employee to work vigorously and cheerfully in good mental and physical health. Under the Citizen Group Code of Conduct, we will work on creating a safe and healthy workplace and promote health maintenance and enhancement activities for each employee.
We will respect human rights and diversity and engage in creating a safe and comfortable workplace.
We will strive to ensure that each employee, our most valuable resource, is in good mental and physical health and can perform at their best.
We will work on creating an environment that allows for open communication.

Health Literacy (health knowledge and action) The registration rate (%) for the healthcare platform Pep Up, which maintains and improves health age.

We view the creation of a workplace environment where each employee can perform with confidence in good mental and physical health as an important management issue. Based on the results of FY 2024, we will systematically promote health maintenance and enhancement initiatives from various aspects in FY 2025, including improving lifestyle habits, strengthening mental health, and addressing women’s unique health issues and support for work-life balance.
