Can I Take Paid Leave?

Paid leave is granted with 13 days in the first year of employment and is immediately available from the date of joining. After that, a maximum of 20 days is granted depending on the length of service. The average utilization of paid leave is 16.5 days. It is also possible to take paid leave by the hour, providing a flexible working environment for late starts, mid-day breaks, and early departures.
