Is there any support for childbirth and child-rearing?

We aim to create an environment where all employees can maintain a balance between work and their private lives, such as family, and work comfortably. To this end, we have established various support systems related to childbirth and child-rearing. Currently, the rate of taking parental leave is 100% for both men and women, and the reintegration rate after taking maternity leave and parental leave is also 100%.
