Is the interview in person or online?

For new graduate recruitment, the first interview will be conducted in person at a factory in your preferred area. The final interview will also be held in person at the Tokorozawa headquarters. However, if your travel is more than four hours one way and you have already visited the factory, a web interview is possible. You will also be able to see the workplace atmosphere and the manufacturing site. In the case of career recruitment, in principle, interviews are conducted in person, but online interviews are possible if requested. However, it is mandatory to conduct either the first or the final interview in person.
