A Queuing System with No Running Costs and No Installation Required
Queue Cloud Ticket System CQ-S257CS
Morohoshi Orthopedic Clinic (Orthopedic Clinic)
Located a 5-minute walk from JR Yokohama Line Fuchinobe Station, this orthopedic clinic, which opened in 2018, is equipped with various diagnostic devices for diagnoses and a rehabilitation center.

With more than 200 outpatients per day, the traditional smartphone input queue system led to many inquiries and increased staff workload. CQ-S257CS was introduced immediately as it was recognized for its ability to reduce running costs while clearly issuing tickets and displaying numbers, along with high installation flexibility using Wi-Fi connections. Currently, multiple units are installed in the waiting area and kids' room and are operated remotely from the examination rooms.
Aiming to Reduce Patient Inquiries and Lighten Staff Labor
Our clinic accommodates over 200 patients daily. The previous queue system based on electronic medical records required patients to perform smartphone input. Additionally, there were issues with verifying their order, leading to frequent inquiries about waiting times at the reception.
A Queue System Easily Understood by Patients and Staff
This product was used by a friend’s orthopedic clinic, and I fell in love with its excellent features, leading to its immediate introduction. Not only does it incur no running costs, but its very simple design makes it an easy-to-understand system for both patients and staff.
Currently Operating 3 Units Remotely from Each Examination Room
We purchased three units for our clinic, installed monitors in the waiting area and kids' room, allowing operations to be managed from each examination room. The Wi-Fi connection meant there were no restrictions on installation locations. Patients can easily check their numbers through ticket issuance and number display monitors, and even check their order from outside using smartphones.
Advancing DX to Create a More Accessible Clinic for Patients
We aim to eliminate patient waiting times and enhance accessibility, pursuing digital transformation (DX) for our clinic. We hope to enable a seamless process from reception to payment in the healthcare setting and are considering the introduction of Citizen Systems’ automatic payment machines.
