We aim for "professionalization of all employees" and focus on the development and utilization of human resources. We have established a "Clock School" aimed at improving manufacturing skills, developing human resources, and inheriting skills, while promoting the acquisition of qualifications such as skill tests, internal certifications, and business career certifications. In addition, veteran employees and skilled workers serve as instructors to educate younger employees and those with less experience in skill and technology transfer. Through these initiatives, we aim to become a company that can continuously grow.
